“Everything about our experience with Prime Reserve has been so smooth and easy.
We have been using private ride services for years. It’s just not easy. You have to go through their website to book everything and you spend all this time entering your information, you book it, and it doesn’t process. So you have to redo it again. Other companies had a solid app to book transportation, but their prices were so high.
Another company we liked, but they’re constantly changing their website and apps. The login process was just a pain. Or we would get different drivers and some didn’t know where they were going, or were bad drivers, or there was a slight language barrier.
With Prime Reserve, we’ve never felt like we were just another drop-off. It’s not transactional. We’ve developed a real relationship with our driver.
We love the flexibility and responsiveness. We simply text the owner our travel dates for the next 1-2 months and it’s done. The schedule is locked. We get a confirmation summary. “Prime Reserve’s quick response to changing situations is solid, especially when we had a passport issue on our last trip. It had the potential to change our trip and ride plans completely.
We didn’t expect anything when we notified the owner of the situation. We just wanted to be respectful, give him a heads-up.
But he immediately told us he would help us out and rework the schedule, and take us early and wait with us, if we needed it.
